ShutterBloom takes intellectual property rights seriously and complies fully with the DMCA. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the material identified as infringing. Please note that we may share the DMCA notice, including your contact information, with the user who uploaded the alleged infringing content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification should include the following:

• A description of the material that was removed and its location prior to removal.
• Your full name, physical address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court in your area (or any U.S. district court where the service is located, if you are outside the United States) and your agreement to accept service of legal documents from the complainant.
• Your signature, either physical or digital.

Upon receipt of your counter-notification, we will promptly forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is initiated within the applicable 10–14 business days, we may restore the material in question.
